BCA in Web Development at Pimpri Chinchwad University - Course, Fees, Admission, Seats, Syllabus

Based on my recent update in April 2023 I'm unable to provide the specific syllabus for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) in Web Development, at Pimpri Chinchwad University. Universities often revise their curricula to keep up with advancements and industry requirements. However I can give you an overview of what this program might include based on common subjects and topics found in similar programs. In the year of the program students will dive into frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js. They will also learn server side programming languages like PHP, Ruby or Python. Explore frameworks like Node.js to create dynamic web applications. Additionally there will be an introduction to database management systems covering SQL and NoSQL databases. Students will gain understanding in data modeling, normalization techniques and SQL queries. The architecture of client server models including web servers and application servers will also be covered. Basics of web security with an emphasis on vulnerabilities and secure coding practices will be introduced. Moving on to the year students will be introduced to mobile application development for Android or iOS platforms. They will also learn about e commerce platforms, payment gateways. Get a basic understanding of managing web projects. Advanced topics in database management such as transactions management and concurrency control along, with using ORM tools will be explored. Web analytics including SEO techniques and tools to improve website visibility and performance are also part of this years curriculum. In the year of study comes the capstone project which requires students to apply all they have learned throughout their studies in order to develop a complete web application. This could include tasks such, as organizing, creating, building, testing and launching the application. Just a heads up the syllabus might differ in reality.
