If the admission process is based on an entrance test you will need to provide documents for the final admission. Here is a list of the documents required for verification; 1. All original certificates, including; Mark sheets and passing certificates of 12th standard. Mark sheets and degree (if applicable) of graduation. 2. Transfer Certificate from your institution. 3. Migration Certificate, especially if you are coming from a state or board. 4. Conduct Certificate from the institution you last attended. 5. Community Certificate (if applicable) for SC/ST/OBC candidates. 6. Income Certificate (if applicable) for those applying for scholarships or fee concessions. 7. Medical Fitness Certificate obtained from a certified practitioner. 8. Multiple passport sized photographs (the exact number may vary). 9. Anti Ragging Affidavit as per UGC regulations. 10.
